Response time is a function of distance and there is no clever way around that. Everything below is inside forty minutes of the Joondalup depot in normal traffic — which is the only reason the promises on the rest of this site are worth anything.

The depot is here, so this is the fastest run on the board. Most under-an-hour call-outs land in this group.

Why we stay north
Response time is a function of distance, and there is no clever way around that. Everything from Alkimos down to Warwick and east to Wanneroo is inside forty minutes of the depot in normal traffic. Past that, the promise on the home page stops being true, and a promise that is only true sometimes is worse than not making it.
It also means we know the housing stock. The seventies brick and tile through Duncraig and Padbury has a particular set of problems. The 2015-onward estates out at Alkimos and Banksia Grove have a completely different set. Working the same twenty-six suburbs for fourteen years means we usually know what we are looking at before we open the board.
